1. Lyricist provides a chord charting and editing feature that contains 4,080 different guitar chord symbols made up of more than 450 chords and their different voicings. Lyricist also allows you to edit your own chord symbols and has a songwriting tool called the "chord wizard" that allows you to plug in any finger positions, and it tells you exactly which chords they are before you place them into your song.
2. Lyricist now has 4, count'em 4 different screen views! You can view your lyrics for each song, with guitar chords and lyrics, chord progressions without the lyrics, and for country songwriters, the Nashville number system view in allows you to transpose any song into the Nashville number format-in any key!
3. For organizing your songs, Lyricist comes with a songwriting tool that lets you store your songs in a centralized database, making it easier to manage and backup all your songs. You can also organize your songs into albums for even more control and organization.
4. The transposition feature in Lyricist allows you not only to transpose between keys, but also between guitar and piano chord charts.
